The story
Contemporary architecture. A timeless Corfu view.
Villa Norma occupies an elevated hillside setting above Agios Gordios, one of Corfu's best-known west-coast bays. Its architecture is deliberately restrained: clean lines, broad areas of glazing and a sequence of terraces that draw the eye towards the Ionian horizon.
Inside, five double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are complemented by an expansive open-plan living level. Outside, the infinity pool and terraces create a natural extension of the house — a setting designed for long lunches, quiet afternoons and sunsets over the sea.
“A house where the view is not simply outside the window — it becomes part of every room.”

Living
Open, calm and connected to the landscape.
The principal living level brings kitchen, dining and lounge spaces together in one generous contemporary interior. Large openings frame the sea and connect the room directly to the pool terrace, allowing the house to move naturally between inside and outside.
The restrained palette of stone, glass and light surfaces provides the backdrop for a sophisticated Mediterranean interior — relaxed enough for summer living, yet substantial enough to feel like a permanent home.
Bedrooms
Five bedrooms. Five en-suites.
The bedroom accommodation has been conceived as a collection of en-suite bedrooms rather than secondary rooms. Each double bedroom has its own bathroom, giving family and guests their own space and giving the villa the flexibility expected of a high-end Mediterranean home.
Current photography and clearly labelled furnishing visualisations show the scale and potential of the bedroom accommodation.
